Ahhhhhhh

So we're officially moved out and I am EXHAUSTED.

I was pretty well on my own since Tren was either "in the field" or doing some other army stuff. The movers that packed our stuff were horrendous. They STOLE my medication!!! I had darvocet (sp) from when I had Annalise and it's gone, not to mention a whole bottle of Ativan. What the crap?!
On top of it all we're broke from paying out the butt to our housing people. They told me on Wednesday that we had to be out of the house by Friday or we'd end up paying for the month of June with our BAH. We'd be reimbursed, but it'd take a month. So, basically, we'd show up in D.C. and be expected to front nearly a thousand dollars to our new housing people. Uh, hi? Tren's a PFC, we don't make that kind of money. So, we're in a hotel, which is another 300 for 4 nights (we do get reimbursed for it). Basically, our savings is depleted and now we're just pinching pennies until I finagle the budget. I guess we may end up using my credit card. I don't like using credit but I guess this is what they're for: emergencies.

On the upside, Annalise loves her stack 'em rings courtesy of my friend, Geoff. Tren graduates on Monday morning and we get to LEAVE TEXAS. Yaaaaaaaay.
And our hotel has a pool. Woo-hoo.
AND after sleeping in this giant King size bed, I've decided we HAVE to get one (eventually). We 3 fit in it perfectly. It's magical.
