So, Annalise got a new toy today. I was cleaning out some purses and my old wallet. Not only did I find a small fortune in change (hells yes) but I also found a Babies-R-Us giftcard from Trendon's stepdad's mom (baby shower). Pretty freaking sweet, huh?She is now the proud owner of a crocodile xylophone. Annalise is actually a musical prodigy. I don't know that I've ever mentioned it in any detail, but she's pretty fantastic as far as musical composition goes. I think she may have a future as a Broadway composer. Maybe I'm wrong...I think not.
She also got some diapers and a few outfits on clearance. I LOVE Babies-R-Us. Almost as much as I ADORE BuyBuyBaby (we have one nearby, but the website is pretty amazing as well).
When we got home, Trendon danced around the living room with her while I attempted to create some sort of order amongst our various and sundry papers. She had fun. Alas, now it is bedtime.
