Ever Nearer

Annalise's first birthday looms ever nearer. I'm really excited and want it to be special (even though she will have ZERO recollection of the day). I'm also very sad that she's on her way to toddlerhood and no longer a little baby.

So, focusing on the fun. I'm trying to decide what her gift will be. I kind of want to get her a walk-with-ride-on type deal. Does that make sense? One of those toys with wheels that she can push around and when she's bigger, it converts so she can ride on it.

I found one by Prince Lionheart that isn't very spendy and it's a freaking ladybug. That aside, it won several awards for being this fantastic eco-friendly magical experience.

I also plan on getting her some magnetic letters for the fridge and a new car seat cover.

hmmmm....it's something to think about.
