Today Annalise and I went to Spouse Group. It went really well. She was very popular with the women there. The group leader was just in LOVE with her. I got over my weirdness about nursing around people and it was an all-around success.
We then headed to Cosette's for knitting group. I, of course, was not able to knit as I had a baby in my hands. No worries. She also had a baby gift for us.
Actually, she had one of the MOST amazing baby gifts ever. She knitted these fantastic finger puppets. I'm sorry, but I was just blown away. I can only dream of being so ta
lented. There's a monkey, a zebra, a dog, and an elephant.Once we got in the car, she fell asleep. I felt terrible! Normally, she naps from 1:30pm-4:30pm, but today she was awake from 1pm-5pm! No wonder she cried and cried. I just let her sleep in her carseat until she woke up. Then I nursed her back to sleep. Yay.
It was a productive day.
