Annalise ate tons of acorn squash today. I just steamed it and then put it in the food processor. I have to admit, it was delicious. I ate a few bites. I also got another mango, a sweet potato, and an apple. I was going to make her some broccoli, but I'd rather not deal with her gas. Yuck.
This next grocery trip we venture into the world of green beans, peas, pumpkin, peaches, and oatmeal baby cereal. And maybe some tofu. It's very good for her and I buy it for tacos anyway. She HATES rice cereal. Yesterday...it was so pitiful, she tried to eat the steamed zucchini. I think she thought I was punishing her. Poor girl. I didn't make her eat it; she tried a few bites and that's enough for me. I'm taking my mom's approach: try a bite and if you hate it, you don't have to eat it. Besides, as long as she's nursing, I'm not worried about her not getting the nutrition she needs.
Not many pictures, I'll make an effort to take a bunch tomorrow.
I got a picture of one of the planes out in front of Trendon's school house.
I enjoy reading about the adventures in Annalise's food selections! I'm glad you all are good!
